As a team, we believe in enjoying life while doing serious design research and practice, so we practice creative expressions like writing poems, creating graphics, keeping ourselves healthy by playing games, and having a lot of chai while ruminating over life, science, and design. At BiD4D Lab, our strength lies in the people who bring together diverse expertise, perspectives, and experiences. We are an interdisciplinary community of researchers, designers, and scholars united by a shared commitment to understanding human behaviour and designing interventions that create meaningful impact.

Our team comprises the Principal Investigator, Research Fellows, and a group of student researchers and interns. Together, we collaborate across disciplines, contribute to ongoing research, and foster an environment of curiosity, critical inquiry, and innovation.
